Ross Ferris-Executive Chairman & CEO
With significant agricultural and healthcare experience in strategic, managerial and operational roles over 20 years, Ross founded Two Bays Farm in 2012. Two Bays Farm has since developed into one of Australia's leading boutique thoroughbred farms. Prior to establishing Two Bays Farm, Ross worked in various operational and business development roles, working mostly on business acquisition, integration, operational management and business improvement. Ross has learnt that culture and leadership are critical to delivering outstanding services and results. By being fully immersed within the business, Ross is able to better understand the changing needs of the industry, customers and markets and the workforce to ensure that Two Bays Farm continues to evolve, adapt and maintain its status as a leading boutique thoroughbred farm.
Rob Carlisle- Manager
Growing up on a small family-run farm in Wangaratta in country Victoria, Rob caught the horse bug when sent to Fulmen Park as a thirteen year old kid to do work experience over the summer holiday. He's never looked back. Rob has worked in Australia and internationally with many amazing horses since then. He has an enormous love for the industry and, at Two Bays Farm, wants to try to breed the best racehorses possible.
