Ross Ferris

Ross is the owner and founder of Autumn Age Care, one of Victoria's largest aged care centers. In 2012, he established Two Bays Farm as a passion project to balance his professional endeavors. Two Bays Farm was created to breed and nurture high-quality racehorses. Initially agisting mares in the Hunter Valley, Ross soon acquired a stunning 200-acre property in Flinders, Victoria, transforming it into a purpose-built sanctuary for horses.

Rob Carlile

Rob Carlile has been our dedicated farm manager for over 10 years, and the photo above perfectly captures his love for horses and his positive nature. Rob’s journey in the industry began at just 14, when he took on summer work experience at Fulmen Park, prepping yearlings in exchange for a pair of boots. During this time, he formed a special bond with a Danzero filly who later topped the Magic Millions Yearling Sales, giving him an unforgettable buzz.

Sophie Titter
BROODMARE / YEARLING MANAGER
Thoroughbreds are in Sophie Titter’s blood. Growing up around racing stables in New Zealand and influenced by her family’s involvement in the industry across England and America, Sophie developed a deep passion for horses early on. Her career began at just 16, working for Turangga Farm (John Ramsey) and attending the Sydney Easter Sales. She gained further experience with top operations like Toolooganvale, Newgate Farm, and back to John Ramsey Racing, where she advanced to foreman.

Abby Noxon
FARM HAND
Abby’s passion for horses began early, inspired by weekend rides with her grandmother and later on caring for her pony. Now an integral part of Two Bays Farm, Abby’s role shifts throughout the year – from feeding horses to preparing yearlings and weanlings for sales, as well as farm maintenance and gardening during the quieter months. She finds joy in watching the foals grow and develop into successful horses, and her favourite on the farm is the inquisitive So You Think – Harmony Rose filly.
